Welcome to the Academy of Entrepreneurship's Lean Start-Up EntrepreneurshipX Bootcamp – a transformative and empowering 5-week program specifically designed to uplift and equip the unemployed youth or aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge needed to kickstart their entrepreneurial journeys. This unique initiative is our way of fostering innovation, resilience, and economic empowerment within the community. Please note all summative assessment for your self-assessment and do not need to be submitted.

The business plan need to be completed by all course attendees and submitted for review, evaluation and marking it a mandatory component.

Program Structure:

Duration: 5 weeks

Model: Lean Start-Up Blended Learning

Components:
- 6 modules with subunits
- Skills videos
- Assignments
- Mini-case studies
- Fieldwork (optional and where necessary)
- Final project (Submission of Business Plan)

Training Format:

Face-to-Face Sessions: Once a week for a full-day immersive training experience.

Blended Learning Model: Access course materials, videos, and assignments online for a flexible and interactive learning experience.

Culmination Event:

At the end of the five week, participants will showcase their learning and entrepreneurial ventures in a Business Plan Presentation.

A panel of judges and potential investors will be present to evaluate and provide valuable feedback.

Module 2: Identifying Opportunities
Module 3: Prototyping and Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Module 4: Market Research and Customer Development
Module 5: Business Model Canvas and Lean Analytics
Module 6: Financial Planning and Pitching and creating a Business Plan as a final project

Special Event:

A dedicated day for Business Plan Presentation to showcase the innovative ideas and plans developed during the course.
